Drying

Most importantly, SCT-Technologies “Drying Systems” means dehydration, which means taking out the moisture part of the organic waste. In other words, it means the whole other parts remains as original, which is the beauty of the drying technology.

De-odorizing

When food spoils, it emits strong odors that are hard to manage. Mixing different organic wastes creates complex odors and VOCs that are difficult to eliminate. SCT-Systems' patented technology completely blocks these odors, ensuring no smell around the machinery.

Crushing

The purchase of SCT-Technologies, no further crushing machines required because SCT- technology has already been design and developed by our manufacturer GAIA to includes crushing system embedded, so that all dried material comes out in powder form.

Sterilizing

SCT-Technologies dries organic waste in high temperature, so that all pathogen, germs, bacteria, virus are going to be killed during the drying process. The bacteria and virus usually are killed higher than 70℃ and longer than 1 hour, or 80℃ and longer minutes, and SCT-SYSTEMS products are in operation with higher temperature, so all harmful virus are completely killed.

Recycling

The results from the all above mentioned functions, No. 1~4, of the dried material is output are ready to recycle for reuse after “7-11” hours process. Thus, there are 3 (three) main options for recycling the outputs. The dried or process waste material is also called 'Biomass', that can be recycle as neither (Animal feed, Fertilizer/Compost or Fuel
